Sarah is currently employed by Metbank as a Divisional Director – Consumer Banking. She has over 25 years of experience in People Management and ten years in Business Development. She has worked at several banks at senior management level. Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management and several Human Resources qualifications. She is a Certified Customer Service Strategist by the Service Quality Institute (USA) and Regional representative of the Institute for Southern Africa.

She is a master trainer in Customer Service who has conducted various seminars, workshops and master classes. She has introduced the Service Quality Institute Feelings Program and Service Culture Masterclass in Zambia. She is a public speaker and alumni of the British Council Interaction leadership programme.

Sarah is passionate about making a difference in Africa particularly in the lives of the underprivileged, youth and those with the desire to take action. She is a board member of the following organizations: United Theological College, Resthaven Retreat, and past board member for precious Jewels Orphanage, Young Women African Leadership Movement (YWALM), International Child Resource Centre (USA). Sarah is a shareholder in Padsor People Management Solutions and Padsor Scaffolding Solutions. Sarah presents life giving conversations to a platform called project higher life (Econet sponsored program).
